I support children and adolescents with bladder, bowel, pelvic, and pain concerns in a safe, respectful, and family-focused environment. My goal is to help kids feel confident, comfortable, and in control of their bodies—while giving parents clear and practical strategies they can use at home.
How I Can Help
- Bladder Health & Continence – Support for daytime wetting, urgency, accidents, and bedwetting.
- Bowel Health – Management of constipation, soiling, and encopresis through gentle retraining, posture education, and routine building.
- Toilet Training – Guidance for children who are late to toilet train, have regressed, or need extra support, including sensory-aware strategies.
- Chronic & Functional Pain – Helping children understand and manage persistent pain (tummy, pelvic, or musculoskeletal) using body-based therapies, breathing, posture, and relaxation techniques.
- Pelvic & Period Pain – Supporting adolescents to reduce school absences, understand their symptoms, and develop long-term pelvic health strategies.
- Fatigue & Recovery – Teaching pacing and self-regulation strategies to improve daily participation and wellbeing.
My Approach
I provide personalised therapy through a neuroaffirming and trauma-informed lens, honouring each child’s unique communication style, sensory needs, and life experiences. My care is:
- Respectful – Children are met where they are, without shame.
- Empowering – Families are given clear, practical strategies they can use every day.
- Effective – Evidence-based care that focuses on real improvements in function and comfort.
I work collaboratively with families to set achievable goals, celebrate progress (big and small), and build independence and confidence—helping children return to meaningful activities and thrive.
